    A masterpiece!
Why, oh WHY did this have to arrive just in time for Christmas? LOL I saw this astonishing dress just after my Carismma Sheath dress, in black, arrived. At first I thought this version was too close, but irl, it's in a class of it's own. You can barely tell from the photo, but the fabric on the bodice and skirt are different. The top has tiny circles with dots of red. The placket is also a different pattern, but instead of the hot mess I expected, the whole thing works to make you look like the most stunning creature in the room. Very, very flattering on most body types, but I'd dare say especially on the hourglass girl. This is the dress I would wear to dinner, to weddings, to business meetings with a jacket, to tea, to lunch with the girls, where wouldn't I wear this? Fit is tts, much like the Carismma sheath. I pray that it doesn't sell out before I can get my hands on one! Or, maybe, just maybe, it will show up under the tree!

Vintage, and modern at the same time. LOVE!!
I cannot say enough good things about this dress! I absolutely love it! Fit is amazing, and so comfortable. Love how you can use the sash or not as well, really changes the look. I love the length as well. I usually like to have my knees covered up but most dresses end up being too long or they just dont give you that girly feeling. This dress nails it! One of my most favorite purchase's from Anthropology. Very classic and timeless dress.

    Even better than I hoped!
I visited this dress many times on the website, hoping it would go on sale, but finally decided to bit the bullet and pay full price. Prior reviews listed its unique detail and surprises that made this dress a conversation piece (and why I love Anthropologie!) and it didn't disappoint! It is form fitting and sexy in a smart-girl way, but it also possesses an artistic/couture quality that renders it timeless. I am 5'6 and a 35" bust/128 lbs and went with the 4p, as I prefer the hem to hit me at or above the knee. The fabric has stretch, which allows it to fit to your body, not bulge and buckle as a stiff fabric would do. I also cut the belt loops and moved belt/ribbon down so it would hit my waist, as the petite waist was higher- no problem at all. I am SOOO happy I splurged and know this will be a 'go to' dress for years to come.

    Amazing!
I thought that I had found a pair of jeans that I loved when I found the Abercrombie jeans 5 years ago. They fit nice, albeit a little tight in the legs, but were very soft and comfortable. But now that I've essentially outgrown their demographic, I thought I'd try a new pair of jeans. I've been wearing the pilco stet's for a while, and they were nice (and 19.95 in clearance!) but they weren't a perfect fit. So I tried some ag jeans on in store the other day, only I wasn't ready to pay 213$ for them. So when I found this pair in clearance, I was over joyed! They fit perfectly, which is amazing seeing as if jeans fit my legs, they are always too loose in the waist (years of being a back catcher made my thighs slightly disproportionally thick). These jeans wash up amazingly, and they don't stretch out. I'm not usually one to wear jeans multiple times before washing, but I was running late and threw these on, and they looked as good on day two as they did day one. I can't wait to run out and grab another pair. I would highly recommend these jeans!

    A closet staple
I have often favored other brands of high end jeans (always on sale!), but had never tried on AG jeans until one day when I was perusing the Anthro sale room and stumbled across some. I have been on the hunt for a "normal" wash pair of AG jeans on sale ever since. I am slender and moderately tall (5'7'), but have a rounder rear. These jeans (in Landing) hug my figure without lookiing or feeling too tight. Length is typically a problem for me too; I have a pretty long waist which means sometimes full-length jeans are a bit longer on me than I prefer. These hit right where they should and also look great cuffed as well. They're also lightweight enough to wear throughout most of the year, even in my midwest/south region. Like another reviewer, I would put an asterick on the 5 star rating due to the price (though the sale price helps).

    Perfect for petites!
Thank you Anthro and AG for offering the classic Stevie in petite sizes! I love the regular Stevie cut but have always had to scrunch and roll up the hem so during the recent free shipping promotion, I ordered the petite version in both grey and blue in 25P (I'm usually a size 25), thinking I would try them on for size but keep only one pair given the high price. The fit is so perfect and flattering, and it's so hard to find such well fitting jeans, I decided to splurge and keep both pairs. I've already worn them both multiple times so I think they're a good investment in keeping with typical AG quality. Fellow petites, these trump the Stevie Ankle! I believe they're a genuine petite cut - not only is the hem shorter but the overall fit is tailored down and slimmer at the knee and opening. I'm 5'2" so these may be a tad short for taller petites. Note that the blue color way feels softer than the grey, but the grey is also a perfect neutral. Highly recommend these jeans and only wish that Anthro carried petite sizes in stores so that other petites could try them on.

    Great Basic!
I saw this top on-line and I decided I had to have it! I wanted to try it on because in tops that run a little more baggy, I tend to size down. I'm between a small and medium and I went with the small in this top. I wear a 34D, 27 waist and usually an 8 in pants. Also, I was worried that if I went with the small it would be too small around my hip/butt area since it's pretty long and that it might be tight in the arms too but it wasn't at all! Also this is a great lightweight tee without being paper thin and hole/snag prone. It seems to be a great quality item. I bought two and plan to pick up a couple more colors in the near future!

    Great basic. Buy two.
I got this in Dark Blue with the intention of wearing it under a long cardigan. It looks great with that, and alone. Easy-stylish... throw on with a necklace and skinnies, or leggings. It's a nice medium weight (not too heavy/thick, not too thin/sheer)...Fabric is soft, with a bit of dressiness to it (so it's not just a cotton basic). /Neckline is flattering shape, but not too high or too low. I appreciate that the sleeves are not 3/4 length-- full length is difficult to find these days. Garment is well made and worth the price (although the price is not insane, so that's a good thing). I wish it was maybe an inch or two shorter, but I also like it as-is just fine, too, where I still want a 2nd color and will probably get one soon. You might want to consider petite size if 5'4." I usually have issues finding tops that are long enough with a long torso, so I'm not going to complain! This is definitely a tunic length, though, just for reference. I'm 5'6", 34A, 125, no hips, but a bit of tummy fluff(which doesn't show in this top). I most often wear a Small, but I sometimes go between either S or XS, depending on the brand and cut. XS is still flowy enough on me, but the amount of fabric on the small was just fine too-- wasn't overwhelming and didn't feel like I was drowning. The XS was my preference because of where the shoulder stitches hit.

    Incredibly comfortable, soft, and stylish
Beautiful fabric and great length. I am 5'8'' and this is a great length that is long enough to wear as a tunic, and drapes very well. I bought it in black and light blue. Now ordering a second, black one, so I'm never without this top. Perfect for work and the weekend.

    Easy, flattering dress
I had my eye on this after seeing it in the catalog and tried it on as soon as it came to my store. It is just what it looks like--an easy, comfy, flattering dress. The shape is unusual enough to make it interesting and the pattern is cute. I thought I would like the check/windowpane pattern more from the pictures, but I found the chevron stripe pattern more flattering on. It does run quite big, so I sized down (I am usually an 8/10 and got a small). There is more than enough room and the style is very forgiving. It is also fully lined which further eliminates any clinginess and gives the fabric a beautiful drape. I will get a lot of wear out of this--with leggings and boots in fall/winter and sandals in summer. It is also a little longer than I thought it would be, which is a nice surprise since a lot of Anthro's styles recently have been quite short on me (I'm 5'7). This hits at the perfect spot for a longer tunic and won't be too short with bare legs in summer. Overall, love it! (FD: I'm an employee of URBN, Inc.)

    Flattering, super comfy and versatile!
I love this dress although because i am 5'11 and 42 years old, i only wear it as a tunic. i bought the black and white window pane pattern and have worn it TONS. this dress is so versatile! i wear it: - in cooler weather with a long sleeve, more fitted shirt underneath with a scarf, skinny jeans and boots - over a midi pencil skirt - in warmer weather with cropped leggings and sandals its so flattering and comfortable and the dress is lined with super soft fabric so it feels substantial and not thin or flimsy.

    Easy Wear
This little dress is an easy relaxed fun dress to throw on with some sandals . I bought this in a medium and the fit is great. I usually wear a 10-12 top and an 8 bottom. This medium is ample enough on the top and perfect on the bottom. I purchased this dress in the white chevron pattern and I love this so much I am ordering it in the black and white window pane pattern. I am 66 years old and I look for comfort and style…this is it! The quality is great also. Great little dress for the price point!

    Petites run very short-waisted
I first fell in love with this dress in the catalog shot and tried on my usual size 2 in store, but it was clearly too big in the bust and long in the shoulders. This problem is typical for me as a petite--5'2", straight and athletic figure--so I ordered the 2P. Unfortunately, the petite size is tight in the waist (where I'm proportionally larger) and noticeably short-waisted. I actually am short-waisted myself, albeit with a long torso, but the petite dress's waistline hit above my high natural waist. Combined with the shorter length, it felt childish and babydoll-like. To get the right fit I'd have to purchase the size 2 and get it professionally altered, so I'll wait for sale. A few other notes about the dress itself: every dress has a slightly different pattern layout, and in most of them the dot centered on the v-neck is NOT centered (i.e. like the model shots but not like the perfect catalog shot). Also, there are pockets hidden in the front where the two different pattterns meet in the skirt, not on the side seam as I initially expected.

    Love
I saw this dress on line and thought it was cute but didn't specifically go to try it on. When I saw it in the store, the vibrant colors and unique pattern caught my eye. I tried on a 6 and it looked adorable, very flattering, but the top was huge on me. I went down to a 4 and the top was a little tight but not uncomfortable or tugging. The stiff fabric isn't extremely comfortable but makes for a very flattering g fit. The neckline is not to low either. I can't wait to wear this dress! My new favorite.

    Perfect!
Size reference: 5'1, 125 lbs, 26 1/2 inch waist, short waisted, petite build Size ordered: 0 regular I absolutely adore this dress!!! The 0 fit perfectly in the waist and bust, and the length was right at my knees. The side panels create a flattering sliming effect, and the material is a crisp cotton. The pockets are right in the front, which is a little odd, but it's totally ok. The skirt is puffy, but in a playful way. I can't wait for summer!

    love but..
I have been eyeing up this top for awhile and I'm on a trip and was able to make it to an anthro store to try it on. I absolutely love this top I bought a medium I'm 145p 5"6" and i could have probably fit a small but I think it's supposed to fit loosely. My only problem is this top was $10 more in store than it was online and I didn't notice until coming here to write a review. Now I wish I ordered online.

    So many compliments!
I saw this in the store and decided to try it on. I needed some casual everyday tops. It was super cute on! I received 3 compliments in one day from strangers. Family and friends loved it, too! Definitely a great buy! Fit me true to size.

    so different, super cute!
I can see what everyone else is saying about it running large and about how the bottom is a little small, but I sized down and I love it! The design is so unique and it is really comfortable.

    Beautiful details - runs big
I ordered a large based on other reviewers, and it's definitely roomy. 38c size 14- usually xl at anthropologie. But I like that I can layer it. It's very light weight, not a warm jacket. But it is SO PRETTY In person. Great details all over. Drapes so nice. I like that I can cinch the waist cord to make it look more blousey. Definitely one of my all time fave anthro purchases! Will get a ton of wear outta this one.

Great jacket and layering piece, not for warmth
The pictures of this jacket online do not do it justice! It is very cute in person. I bought the green in an XS, although I am normally a size Small in anthro stuff so this jacket does seem to run a little big. The jacket especially runs big in the arms (in terms of width, not length). The color of the green in person is different than in the picture. The lace inside part looks almost brown in the photo but in person its actually the exact color of the outside part of the jacket. The only thing I would change is that this jacket doesn't look great buttoned up, its really meant to be worn open like in the photos. The top buttons nicely but then there's no button halfway down so there's this open flap hanging that looks kind of funny (hard to describe, but maybe you get the idea). Also, this jacket is VERY light material, almost like a shirt. The fabric is very soft though so its really comfortable to wear. Overall, I'm very happy.

Right combination of military and feminine
The pictures of this garment do not do it justice. I bought the green jacket in the small - the green gives it a military look while the flowing fabric and the lace trim make it rather feminine. Unlike the other reviewers I purchased the small instead of an extra small. You will loose the incredible drape if you size down - this is not meant to be form fitting. The drape is on the bias so the fabric conforms to your shape. I am tall and thin and the small does not make me look larger by any means. It looks best when worn open as the closure is a bit awkward but that's the only downfall. The quality of the fabric and construction are excellent. If you are on the short side then you may want to size down. This much fabric might be overwhelming on a petite frame. For reference I am small boned 5 9" 123lbs.
