Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out–of–stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.
Items ordered through anthropologie.com cannot be shipped to Anthropologie stores.
Please note that the shipping times below are estimated and apply only to deliveries made within the contiguous US. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside of the contiguous US.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.
Furniture & Other Oversized Items
As delivery method, timing and fees vary from item to item, please refer to our individual product pages for delivery specifics.
Most furniture and chandeliers will arrive within 3–4 weeks and will be shipped via delivery service. Standard delivery hours are between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Rest assured, all oversized items will be handled with care, as our delivery fees include the following: door–to–door service, courtesy of two handlers, and indoor/upstairs placement (two–flight maximum). When appropriate, this service will include unpacking, debris removal, and tool-free assembly (15 minute maximum).
Please note that furniture and other oversized items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable for oversized items.
Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 1.800.309.2500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
